Franchisees should apply by filling out the form below. A sales representative will establish contact with the Franchisee to speak about business viability in their country and validate Franchisee.
The interview usually conducted via conference call. Each conference call takes from 30 minutes up to an hour. The whole interview process up to deciding whether to continue with given franchise or not takes up to 2 weeks of back and forth calls. Franchisees are interviewed by Head of Franchising Department, VP of Sales and sometimes CEO.
Franchisor & Franchisee do the research together. Franchisor provides a broad & high-leve research with numbers that will need to be validated by Franchisee.
Franchisees are responsible for composing their own business plan with the help of an accountant. However, Franchisor can assist if needed.
As soon as Franchisor & Franchise confirm the Business Plan, Franchisee is invited for a Discovery Day in Franchisor's premises. During it Franchisee signes a simple one-page deposit agreement to lock the country under their name.
Franchisee visits the Franchisor Operational premises during the Discovery Day. They sign the Deposit agreement and lock the country.
Franchisor has a 2-week training program for Franchisee and 3 of its employees (Management team) conducted in the premises. This is included in the Franchise Fee.
From the day of application it can take from 3 months to 6 months. It depends on the Financial stability of the Franchisee. Sooner dates can be discussed.
Franchisor visits Franchisee before, during and after Launch to make sure everything runs smoothly. Franchisor also supports Franchisee after Launch.
